Warriors To Row The Atlantic

The Warrior Team is currently preparing for the challenge of rowing the Atlantic in Dec 2009.

A 2 man team will be leaving La Gomera and heading for the beautiful island of Antigua which at its shortest point is some 2,500 miles away. The purpose of the challenge is to raise awareness on two different fronts. First and foremost the campaign is aiming to raise at least £50k for charity and raise awareness of water based environmental issues. A big goal but we plan to go for it!

Secondly, the challenge emphasises the values of 'Way of the Warrior' and the constant pursuit of excellence. It is a test that will push each member of the team to limits that they will not have experienced before expanding the awareness of what is actually possible if we put our minds to it. The lessons learned will be invaluable, and can be carried over into various areas of our lives. We hope to encourage others to share our passion in the exploration of our limits so we can all develop to our brightest potential and live the lives we were born to live.
