The RECLAIM Programme is a guided journey to help you explore, reduce, or completely stop drinking — in a way that feels honest, sustainable, and empowering.

Designed especially for high-functioning, thoughtful women who want to change their relationship with alcohol without shame, labels or pressure — RECLAIM supports you to heal deeply, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with the version of yourself that alcohol has been keeping quiet.

This isn’t about quick fixes. This is about real transformation. Gently. Consistently. On your terms.

What is RECLAIM?

RECLAIM is a structured yet flexible framework based on seven core steps:

R – Recognise & Accept
E – Explore & Understand
C – Clarify & Define
L – Love & Forgive
A – Anchor in Calm
I – Invite Joy
M – Make Real Connections

Each step guides you through a monthly theme, supported by expert resources, group coaching, tools and reflection prompts. You’ll also explore identity, resilience, long-term support planning and what freedom really looks like for you.

Monthly Group Support Sessions

Each month, we gather online to:

  • Explore that month’s RECLAIM theme

  • Share openly (if you choose) in a safe, held space

  • Use practical tools and worksheets to guide your reflection

  • Connect with others on a similar journey — no pressure, just support

 

These sessions are FREE and perfect for those craving community, accountability, and real talk without judgement.

Private 1:1 Coaching

For deeper support, you can work with me 1-to-1 alongside the RECLAIM programme.

 

Private coaching includes:

  • Space to unpack what’s really going on beneath the surface

  • Personalised strategies and compassionate accountability

  • A confidential container to explore things you’re not ready to share in a group
